• The condition of the item (s) that you want to gold plate will determine the overall quality and appearance of the finished product. In other words, any imperfections in the item will be seen through the gold.
• Some items can be repaired or polished. This will be determined after inspection by The Midas Touch on a case-by-case basis.
• Items can be sent directly to us. Upon receipt we will assess your items in contact you with the quotes before performing any work on your item. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER, E-MAIL ADDRESS AND THE BEST TIME OF DAY FOR US TO CALL.
• Please make sure to properly package your items for shipping Wrap the parts individually and pack them securely.
• We strongly suggest that you insure any items sent to us. The Midas Touch does not accept any responsibility for damages incurred through shipping.
• Please REMOVE watch works and watch dial crystals, BEFORE SENDING THEM TO US! The Midas Touch does NOT perform these tasks. Check with your local jeweler to get this done! The cost is nominal!
